Continuum HOA

Our Story

Built by a board member, for board members.

Continuum started as an internal tool at a Nashville HOA. It's now helping boards govern with real data.

"I'm a board member at an HOA in Nashville. I built Continuum because I felt the challenges of serving on a board for years — showing up to meetings with only a shallow understanding of hefty board packs, not knowing if the reserves were actually in good shape, and making decisions with less information than I wanted."

The information existed. Our property manager was doing the work. But it lived in emails, attachments, and PDFs that disappeared. The board saw summaries; the context was invisible. When board members cycled off, the institutional knowledge walked out with them.

I built the first version of Continuum to solve this for our own community. Today it's running with 13 months of real financial data — reserve contributions, vendor contracts, meeting decisions, and more. Every month it gets more useful.

If your board is making decisions from a 40-page PDF once a quarter, Continuum was built for you.

What I Believe

The convictions it’s built on.

Visibility

A board and its property manager should work from one shared picture of community health — not argue over competing versions of it.

Continuity

Boards turn over and managers move on. What a community knows about itself shouldn't walk out the door when they do.

Clarity

Governing well shouldn't take a finance degree — just the right information in front of you at the right moment.
